Appellant, Leslie Guinn, filed this negligence suit against appellees, Texas Christian University ("TCU"), The Harris College of Nursing ("HCN"), and five individuals, William E. Tucker, William H. Koehler, Patricia Scearse, Carolyn Spence Cagle, and Carol A. Stephenson, who appellant alleged were employees of TCU.
