Appellant, Leslie Guinn, filed this negligence suit against appellees, Texas Christian University ("TCU"), The Harris College of Nursing ("HCN"), and five individuals, William E. Tucker, William H. Koehler, Patricia Scearse, Carolyn Spence Cagle, and Carol A. Stephenson, who appellant alleged were employees of TCU. Appellant sought to recover damages resulting from his alleged abuse and mistreatment by the TCU faculty and staff...
