MEMORANDUM ORDER AND OPINION

Plaintiff filed this action pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523, alleging that his debt is excepted from discharge. The court has jurisdiction over this proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334.

The issue is whether a debt resulting from a state court judgment for conversion is dischargeable in this Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The court finds that plaintiff did not establish a basis for nondischargeability...
