Appellant was convicted of burglary, battery, and attempted rape and sentenced to twenty years, thirty years, and forty years imprisonment respectively. The judge ordered that the burglary and battery sentences run consecutively to each other and an outstanding sentence, leaving the appellant with a total of fifty years imprisonment.
