Michael Roy Shively (Shively or Mike Shively), Kim Renee Shively (Renee Shively) and George Russell Johnson (Johnson) were tried on a wide-ranging sixteen count indictment alleging, among other things, conspiracy, arson and various fraudulent acts. The jury returned a verdict of guilt as to every count. The defendants raise numerous and disparate issues on this appeal from their convictions and sentences.
