CAME ON for hearing the Objection of Biglari Import Export, Inc. d/b/a The Ritz Oriental Rug Gallery ("Debtor/Biglari") to the Claim of International Bank of Commerce ("IBOC"). The Debtor argues that IBOC's claim should be reduced by $30,214.00, the cost of ten Persian rugs which showed up missing when an inventory of the rugs pledged to IBOC was taken in December 1990.
