PER CURIAM:

Appellant was convicted on two counts by an El Paso federal jury. Claiming error in the admission of evidence at his trial he appeals his conviction. We affirm.

Defendant-Appellant, Isidro Farias-Farias ("Farias"), was arrested at the U.S.-Mexican border in El Paso, Texas, and charged with the importation of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 960(a)(1),
