This is an appeal of a judgment of divorce finding mutual fault in the breakup of the marriage and awarding sole custody of the minor child to the mother.

Andrea Phelps and Warren Paul Kean were married on July 29, 1983, after Warren completed his first year of law school. In 1985, after Warren graduated from law school, they moved to New Orleans, where Warren practiced law for one year. Warren then enrolled in New York University...
