Hansen appeal from a summary judgment in favor of plaintiff Ray Buchanan quieting title in him to certain real property in Utah County on which Hansens held a lien under a trust deed executed by the owner. The trial court granted Buchanan's motion for summary judgment on the ground that his purchase of the property at a May 1987 tax sale for delinquent 1982 taxes extinguished Hansens' lien.
