Appellant Norman Lynn appeals a summary judgment in favor of Richard E. Tinich. The facts indicate that on January 14, 1987, Robert Hart, Jr., slipped and injured himself on the parking lot of Harrison Ridge Square in Munster. On February 1, 1988, Hart filed suit against Lynn, the property manager of Harrison Ridge Square. On December 7, 1988, Hart added Tinich as a defendant in the lawsuit.
