MOORE, Justice.

The appellant, Joyce L. Lynch ("Lynch"), was convicted of two counts of first degree murder, one count of unlawful imprisonment, one count of burglary, one count of conspiracy and one count of possessing a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. The jury failed to impose the death penalty and sentenced Lynch to life imprisonment.
