The State of Florida appeals from an order of the trial court granting appellee, Cassandra Gethers', motion to dismiss an information charging Cassandra with aggravated child abuse. The criminal conduct giving rise to the charge was permitting her unborn child to be injured by Cassandra's introducing cocaine into her own body during the gestation period of her unborn child.
