The appellant, Kenneth Scott Andrews, appeals from his conviction of first degree murder for which he received a sentence of 40 years imprisonment. His sole point of appeal is that there was insufficient evidence to convict him. More specifically, he contended in a motion for directed verdict at the conclusion of the State's evidence that the testimony of an alleged accomplice was not corroborated by independent evidence showing that he was connected...
