RUSSELL, Judge.

Robert Welford (employee) brought this action under Alabama's workmen's compensation laws to recover benefits from G.R. Woods Company (employer) for an injury resulting from an accident which occurred during his employment. The trial court found in favor of the employee, and the employer appeals from the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and final judgment entered by the trial court. We affirm.
