Respondent, John T. Norton, appeals a final order of the Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners (the Board) revoking his license to practice medicine. We affirm.

From 1981 to 1988, the Board received complaints against Norton, who operated a weight control clinic. After an investigation, the Board referred the complaints to the attorney general to prepare and file a formal complaint pursuant to § 12-36-118(4)(c)(IV), C.R...
