Carrie Young-Henderson brought this action against her former employer, the Spartanburg Area Mental Health Center ("the Center") and various individuals alleging violations of her rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq.; 42 U.S.C. § 1981; 42 U.S.C. § 1983; and the first and fourteenth amendments.
