Bellair, Incorporated appeals from the trial court's denial of its special appearance and from the court's summary judgment against it on its counterclaim in a suit on a sworn account brought by Aviall of Texas, Inc. In two points of error, Bellair contends the trial court erred in overruling its special appearance and in granting summary judgment denying recovery on Bellair's counterclaim against Aviall.
