Richard Maul brought this suit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against Dr. Evan Constan, a psychiatrist at Indiana's Westville Correctional Center, Anthony Metzcus, director of administrative services at Westville, and Richard Gore, supervisor of the psychiatric care unit at Westville.
