OPINION

LECHNER, District Judge.

This is an employment discrimination suit brought by plaintiff Elizabeth G. Miller ("Miller") against defendants Beneficial Management Corporation ("Beneficial Management"), Beneficial Management Corporation of America ("Beneficial of America") and Beneficial Corporation. ("Beneficial Corp.") (collectively, "Beneficial"). Jurisdiction is alleged pursuant to the Equal Pay Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 216 et seq.
