O'CONNOR, Justice.

Randall Dean Long, the appellant, appeals from a conviction for murder. We affirm.

This is the appellant's appeal from a second trial for the murder of Lisa Wilber. The appellant was tried first in 1985 in Hardin County. The Hardin County jury found the appellant guilty of murder and assessed punishment at 55 years.
