This matter was tried before the undersigned on August 8, 1991, the plaintiff seeking damages for an injury sustained by him on March 22, 1989 while descending a ladder/stairway from the wheelhouse down to the galley of the JoMac 8, a 3-legged lift vessel owned and operated by Cardinal Wireline Specialists, Inc.
