Martin Forsythe appeals from the district court's order affirming the Secretary's denials of his claims for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income. He contends that the ALJ's findings are not supported by substantial evidence and that the ALJ improperly applied the Medical-Vocational Guidelines. See 20 C.F.R. Part 404, Subpart P, Appendix 2 (1990). We reverse.
