This is a wrongful discharge case. Carol Moore, appellant, brought suit against the Office of the Attorney General, Jim Mattox, Casey Hoffman, Sandra Moreno Haire, and Heriberto F. Longoria, Jr. (collectively, "defendants"), alleging that she was wrongfully discharged from her employment. Trial was to the court.
