OPINION

HINOJOSA, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the divorce of appellant, Frances Rogers, from appellee, David Rogers. Appellant argues that the judgment, which was intended to be based on an agreed property settlement, was rendered without her consent and is therefore invalid. We agree and reverse and remand.
