The appellant on November 29, 1990, filed a petition pursuant to Rule 20, A.R.Cr.P.Temp., seeking an out-of-time appeal of his conviction of robbery in the first degree and burglary in the first degree. In his petition, he states that he pleaded guilty to the charges and that he was sentenced to two concurrent terms of life imprisonment.
