Appellant, Paul Belvin, pled no contest to the charge of possession of rock cocaine, reserving his right to appeal the order denying his motion to suppress. Appellant argues in this appeal, as he did at his motion to suppress hearing, that he was improperly detained during the execution of a search warrant.
