Defendant-appellant Ronnie Horn was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute fifty grams or more of cocaine base.1 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A)(iii).
