In this action arising from an automobile accident, the plaintiff, Ricky J. Martin, appeals a judgment in favor of two of the defendants, Eagle Motor Lines, Inc. (Eagle) and The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania (Insurance Company) on the grounds that the jury incorrectly assessed the relationships among the several defendants and, therefore, wrongly concluded that there was no insurance coverage applicable for this accident.
