The issue in this appeal is whether the Governmental Immunity Act, § 24-10-101, et seq., C.R.S. (1988 Repl.Vol. 10A), served to immunize a municipality from a suit seeking to replevy property allegedly taken without compensation. We hold that it does not and, therefore, reverse the trial court which ruled to the contrary.
