EDWARDS, Judge.

Charles R. Banta, III, was charged by grand jury indictment with six counts of felony theft, violations of La.R.S. 14:67 B.(2), and two counts of misdemeanor theft, violations of La.R.S. 14:67 B.(3). Defendant pled not guilty. The misdemeanor theft counts were severed for trial. After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of all six counts of felony theft. He was sentenced to two years at hard labor and to pay a fine of $250 on each count, for counts...
