WATSON, Justice.

The Louisiana State Bar Association instituted these consolidated disciplinary proceedings against attorney Overton C. Thierry, whose license to practice law is currently under a three year suspension. The Louisiana Supreme Court has original jurisdiction. LSA-Const. art. V, § 5(B).
