OPINION

WIDENER, Circuit Judge:

Robert Fletcher and Darryl Blalock were jointly charged with conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute phencyclidine (PCP) (21 U.S.C. § 846); two counts of distribution of PCP (21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1)); attempted distribution of PCP (21 U.S.C. § 846); and employment of a person under the age of eighteen to commit an offense under 21 U.S.C. § 846 (21 U.S.C. § 845b).
