RICHARDSON, Presiding Judge.

Defendant appeals his convictions on three counts of robbery in the first degree, ORS 164.415, and one count of being an ex-convict in possession of a firearm. ORS 166.270. He was found to be a dangerous offender, ORS 161.735, and was sentenced to 30 years imprisonment on each robbery count, to be served consecutively. He contends that the court erred by denying his motion to suppress, in giving an instruction and in the sentences imposed...
