The plaintiffs appeal from an order of the circuit court dismissing the intentional infliction of emotional distress counts of their complaint.

The plaintiffs' complaint alleges that the plaintiffs, Steven Lundy and James Rupcich, are police officers in the employ of defendant, the City of Calumet City. On October 4, 1989, the City administered a psychological test to the members of the police force...
