I. INTRODUCTION

Ruth Gudschinsky appeals from an order of the superior court assessing her a total of $45,702.57 in the form of surcharges stemming from her tenure as personal representative of the estate of J.C. Bewley. The appellee is Glenda Hartill, the current personal representative of the estate and one of Bewley's children.
