Mollie Whittenberg (Claimant) appeals from an order dismissing her claim for medical expenses and disability benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act. The workers' compensation judge (WCJ) found that Claimant was not an employee covered by the Act at the time of her injury and that her claim for disability benefits was barred by the statute of limitations.
