This is an appeal from the district court's order of forfeiture, which was entered on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment. On September 18, 1990, the district court granted the government's Motion for Summary Judgment and entered an order pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(7) directing forfeiture of the defendant property.
