INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs sought a preliminary injunction against a public, nonprofit corporation created to provide legal services in dependency court. Plaintiffs claimed that representation of multiple parties with potentially adverse interests created a conflict of interest within the corporation and among its attorneys.
