Danny R. Nelson, the Trustee in Bankruptcy, appeals from the order of the district court quashing the bankruptcy court's order reopening and extending the time for objecting to the debtors' discharge. We conclude that the bankruptcy court's order was not final and appealable and therefore the district court lacked jurisdiction to review the matter. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal and vacate the judgment of the district court and remand...
