The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (DOT) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County (trial court) sustaining the appeal of the suspension of the driver's license of Zszislaw Warenczuk (licensee) for one year pursuant to Section 1547 of the Vehicle Code1. The order of the Court of Common Pleas is reversed.
