Antonio Franklin appeals from his conviction and sentencing for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute. 21 U.S.C. § 841(a) and 841(b)(1)(C) (1988). Franklin was sentenced to 121 months, to be followed by a three year term of supervised release, on the basis of his Category I criminal history.
