Defendant, Charles Gunartt was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty, all counts were merged and the trial court entered judgment against defendant on the aggravated criminal sexual assault charge. Defendant was sentenced to eight years imprisonment. Defendant appeals his conviction alleging...
