Fredrick T. Riley was found guilty of first degree robbery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64.1. He was adjudicated a second offender on the basis of a prior conviction of possession of stolen things and was sentenced to twenty-five years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, with credit for time served.
