This is an appeal from a judgment rescinding an agreement to purchase a house. For the following reasons, we affirm.

Plaintiffs-appellants are Uwe Adler and his wife, Barbara. Uwe Adler, a contractor, purchased the property at issue in 1984 or 1985, with the intention of renovating the house and re-selling it. After completion of the renovations, the Adlers offered the house for sale and employed Mathilde Nelson, a real-estate agent, to assist...
