Linda Gayle Keenum appeals from the summary judgment in favor of the City of Huntsville on her suit against it for damages based on alleged negligent and reckless maintenance of a spiral slide at Brahan Spring Park. Her foot was severely injured when she went down the slide and her shoe was caught in a hole in the side of the slide. She alleged in her complaint that a presumption exists that the City of Huntsville had actual knowledge of the condition...
