WEBER, Justice.

A jury convicted the defendant, Timothy Alan Hamm (Hamm) of sexual intercourse without consent in the Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County. Pursuant to this conviction and a prior, unrelated conviction of sexual intercourse without consent, the trial court designated and sentenced Hamm as a persistent felony offender. From this conviction and sentence Hamm appeals. We affirm.
