This is an appeal from judgment entered in the circuit court of Cook County in favor of plaintiffs, Robin Young and John Young against defendant John Hummel. Plaintiffs filed a two-count complaint against defendant for injuries and property damage allegedly resulting from a collision between vehicles driven by Hummel and Robin Young.
