Plaintiff-appellant Marsha L. Todd appeals a bench trial judgment awarding her $3,417.00 for an unpaid wages claim.

The facts relevant to this appeal disclose that in August of 1981, defendant hired plaintiff as a secretary for his law office and title insurance agency.
