Kentucky Central Insurance Company (hereinafter "Kentucky Central") appeals the judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court dismissing their subrogation claims against Eric W. Kempf, a minor, and his parents, Bruce Kempf and Kathryn V. Kempf. This case presents an issue of first impression.
