We review Gosby v. Third Judicial Circuit, 562 So.2d 775 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990), in which the district court certified conflict with Lane v. Kaney, 557 So.2d 210 (Fla. 5th DCA 1990).1 We quash the decision below.
