In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing was held on December 15, 1988, before the hearing board of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee on a two-count complaint filed against the respondent, William R. Dowhan. The hearing board recommended that the respondent be suspended for three months, be assessed the costs of the disciplinary proceedings, and be ordered to make restitution.
